I'm Shy Mitchell.

Wife. Mom. Investor. And a person who refused to settle for average.

On paper, I’m a licensed mortgage broker, realtor, and property manager with a real estate portfolio valued at over $1 million and growing every day.

But that’s not where my story really starts. I didn’t build this from theory. I built it from experience.

I bought my first property and made mistakes. I second guessed myself. I had moments where things didn’t go as planned. But I stayed in the game, and that’s what changed everything.

Over time, I learned how to leverage real estate the right way. Not just owning property, but using strategy, financing, and other people’s money to create income that works for me even when I’m not working.

Now I sit on both sides of the table.

I’m the broker structuring deals and getting clients approved, and I’m the investor using those same strategies to build real wealth for my own family.

I’ve helped hundreds of buyers and investors get funded - people who were told “no,”people who thought they didn’t have enough money, and people who just needed someone to show them how to move.

Because the truth is… It’s not about having perfect credit or a lot of cash. It’s about having the right strategy and the right person in your corner.

I hold an MBA from University of Central Florida and a Bachelor’s degree from Austin Peay State University. But my real education came from being in the field, doing deals, and learning how to win.

Now my mission is simple:

To teach everyday people how to use real estate—and other people’s money—to build wealth that doesn’t just change their life… but changes their family’s future for generations.
